For all changes of address we are required by law to see a new proof of address so please pop in with your two such items, such as your driving licence and a utility bill. We do not need proof of change of telephone number of e-mail address.

Appointments

	On the day	Emergency appointments are for patients who have an urgent medical problem that cannot wait for a routine appointment.
	Within 48 hours	For patients who need to be seen soon but do not require an emergency appointment, we offer appointments within a 48 hour period.
	Routine	For patients who need an appointment for a non-urgent problem.
	Video call	For patients who require an appointment to see a GP without the waiting room. The Livi App makes it easier to get the help you need. Patients will see an NHS trained GP by video from a convenient place, at a time that suits you. Find out more about booking an online GP appointment.
